Shipping Policy for LesflyKidz.com
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential Delays
Please be aware that high volume periods and postal service problems may cause delays, which are out of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For simple flat rate shipping, we offer $12 flat rate shipping to the US & Canada. We also offer express shipping at an additional cost, which varies by territory.

Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within the metropolitan area. For orders under $50, we charge a $5 delivery fee.
Deliveries are made from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store Pickup
If you’re located in Montreal, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 204 Rue Chabanel O, Montréal, QC H2N 1G2. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions. Pickup hours are from 11 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday and from 10am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United Kingdom
International shipping rates vary based on the destination, with estimated delivery times in the 4-10 day range.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LesflyKidz.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How to Check the Status of Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Check with the individual carrier for their policy.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Refer to our Returns Policy page for detailed information. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lesflykidz.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
